Plans
What each plan includes
Every plan uses the same pricing engine; its inpatient prices are checked against the CMS Web Pricer in a 5,000-claim accuracy study. The plans differ in how much you can price, and how fast.

Which plan fits your team
Payers, TPAs and repricers. Inpatient, outpatient and professional claims at volume: claim import, batch repricing, the 835 variance report and the contract modeler, usually on an API key wired into the claim system.
Hospitals and health systems. Revenue integrity and contracting: the expected Medicare and Medicaid payment for a stay or an outpatient claim, DRG validation with the grouper, and payer terms modeled against Medicare. A work-email account usually covers it.
Physician groups, ASCs and billing companies. Professional claims (837P) by ZIP and place of service, anesthesia units and modifiers, the ASC rate beside the hospital outpatient rate, and a check of what each payer paid. A work-email account covers a practice's daily volume; a billing company pricing many practices' claims uses an API key.
Post-acute providers. SNF stays under PDPM, home health periods under PDGM, and LTCH, IRF, IPF, hospice and ESRD claims, each on its own payment system.
Pricing is set per organization. Book a walkthrough and we will price a sample of your own claims with you first.
What every plan covers. Every pricer on the site is open on every plan, with no sign-up: the inpatient (IPPS) claim desk, outpatient, SNF, professional, home health, post-acute (LTCH, IRF, IPF, hospice and ESRD) and Medicaid. The limits in the table above are the inpatient ones. On the free tier the other pricers count their priced claims and rate lookups against their own daily allowance, separate from the inpatient one; an approved account or an API key lifts it.
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. A batch counts each row as one priced claim. Every plan is rate-limited per minute and per hour to keep the service responsive. Do not enter patient names, member IDs or other patient identifiers: the tools need codes, dates and amounts only.
